Mark your calendars for this special dedication ceremony on June 8 at 9:30 a.m. Royse City Middle School will formally become Ouida Baley Middle School this summer. A major renovation project will transform this school over the next 9 months. The public is invited to attend and honor the life of Mrs. Ouida Baley who faithfully served Royse City ISD for 33 years as a educational aide and bus driver.
