From Royse City Mayor Minutes:
A pre-construction meeting was completed on Friday with our electrical contractor and the siren installing contractor. The locations have been marked with orange stakes at each of the sites. The siren heads should be delivered to us sometime this month. The poles have been delayed due to an engineering change.
