Third Watch Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club honored Rockwall Police Department Officer Todd Avery with their inaugural “Eye on Law Enforcement” award last week. The club established this award as a way to thank and honor local law enforcement. The recipient of the award receives a gift certificate for dinner, a movie, a baby sitter or equivalent gift card to Bass Pro Shops. Officer Avery has demonstrated a strong work ethic and service to his community. For this, he was selected by his supervisory staff to receive the award from Third Watch LEMC.
