Starting today, Monday, February 25, one lane of traffic will be closed on Laguna Drive as construction begins. Then tomorrow, Tuesday, February 26, Laguna Drive will be completely closed, and will be reopened in the late afternoon, this Friday, March 1, pending no weather delays in the project.
