Rockwall Police Department arrested Dwight Thomas Kruse yesterday on charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault and Unlawful Restraint. Rockwall PD was unable to provide any details at this time due to the nature of the case. Kruse is currently held at Rockwall County Jail on bonds totaling $255,000.
